SHIPPING POLICY

In order to ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your full address is entered accurately. In the event that you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. While we will do our best to fulfill your change of address request, we cannot guarantee the change can be made as the order may have already been shipped. If we are unable to accommodate an address change request, the customer assumes full responsibility for the incorrect information that was provided. If the package is returned undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will contact the customer and arrange for reshipment of the order. The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the package. 

All shipping fees are non-refundable. If shipment is refused, the customer will be held liable for the shipping charges. 
 
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered and you have NOT received it, you must contact the shipping carrier as they are responsible for packages that show delivery has been completed.          

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and does not include weekends or holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

While we do not currently offer International Shipping, please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on when we expand our shipping area. Visit the home page and scroll to the bottom of the page to opt in. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tinted Sol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Tinted Sol will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
